Classes are suitable from 30 weeks pregnant. Covering yoga postures, breathing and relaxation for late pregnancy plus lots of useful advice and tips on how to get the most from your pregnancy and birthing journey. Each week we cover a specific topic i.e. understanding and managing the different stages of labour, understanding and preparing your pelvis, optimal foetal positioning etc. The aim of these classes is to instill you with confidence in your ability to give birth to your baby in the best way possible for you both. There is always time for discussion and deep relaxation.
