The Magdalen

The hoardings are off the new development between the station and the library and there's a new (but uninformative) website - http://www.themagdalen.com/. The last photo is obvious but where are the other two?

Yes, not a very impressive site yet, is it!?

The first two photos feature a lake and tennis courts, I think.............. not quite what buyers will see from their windows. More like train tracks and traffic!

Noticed yesterday that some curtains have gone up in a flat facing Magdalen Road.

Have just had a look at the website. I recognise the third photograph which is a view up Magdalen Road, obviously taken at the beginning of the cemetary, but where were the first two photographs taken? Aren't there laws against misrepresenting properties?

No name, contact number, or further information.

The marketing suite opened over the weekend. There are 9 flats available in the first release. I went had a look yesterday. Just out of curiosity. 5 of those 9 have already been reserved!

They look pretty small to me. Value for money.... not sure.

The marketing brochure at least states the location of the various photos in it. It also namechecks this blog. Did they ask permission to do so?!
